Property investment firm sets loan terms

REAL ESTATE OPPURTUNITIES (REO) has set the terms for a €375m Irish commercial mortgage-backed bond, according to sources.

The deal will be secured on a portfolio of 16 properties owned by REO, which has more than €850m in property assets.

There are 15 Dublin properties and one Cork property involved in the bond sale. Tenants include Bank of Ireland and KPMG.
