Ryanair tipped to top European profit stakes

STOCKBROKERS Smith Barney expect Ryanair to be Europe's most profitable airline this year.

The broker said it sees Ryanair returning to profits growth this summer following its first dip in profits earlier this year.

The summer months are the airline's most profitable and Smith Barney analyst expect a 24% rise in profits for the three months period to €54 million on revenues of just under €300 million.
