Virgin to merge with SN Brussels

Belgian regulators have approved the merger of discount airline Virgin Express with full-fare peer SN Brussels Airlines, the new company SN Airholding said yesterday.

SN Airholding said in a statement the decision would enable SN Brussels Airlines and Virgin Express NV/SA to go ahead with more effective talks on putting the plan into action.
