Aer Arann carries record numbers

Aer Arann carried a record 100,000 passengers last month. Numbers have grown by almost 70% year-on-year at the airline, which operates 25 routes serving Ireland, Britain and France.

Communications director Jennifer Mooney said: “Summer 2004 has been a considerable growth period for us, with the launch of nine new services and the addition of a tenth aircraft to the fleet.”
