Murray appointed Ardawn chairman

ARDAWN Developments plc, the unlisted company that recently invested €52 million in seven sites in the Greater Dublin Area, has appointed Peter Murray as chairman.

He is a former chairman of Anglo Irish Bank.

Ardawn has raised €120m through NCB private clients and bank debt and most of this has already been earmarked for projects.
