Ovoca appoints Pas as director

GOLD and platinum exploration company Ovoca Resources has appointed Guy Pas to its board as a non-executive director.

Mr Pas is a former structured finance executive with Chase Manhattan Bank and later worked with oil and gas exploration companies.

A company owned by Mr Pas has a 3.7% stake in Ovoca.

Chairman Roger Turner said: “The board welcomes Guy Pas and the valuable experience he will add to the Ovoca board. His experience in the Russian resource sector will be invaluable.”
