EiRx Therapeutics increases stake

HEALTHCARE firm EiRx Therapeutics has increased its stake in Scottish cancer research company Auvation to 75.1%.

The company, which plans to take full control of Auvation, has also secured a fresh injection of almost €145,000 from private equity group Aurora.

The funds raised will be used to provide additional working capital for the EiRx group and to continue the development of its drug discovery programme.
