Irish food and drink showcased

London: Irish food and drink is being showcased this week at Selfridges in London with 30 firms participating in a promotion with Bord Bia.

It comprises market-style food displays, visual merchandising and over 100 tastings, conducted by Irish producers and in-store restaurant menus by leading Irish chefs.

Food Minister Brendan Smith said the Irish food industry can match the individual needs of the modern consumer.
