Ryanair celebrates 140 millionth flyer

RYANAIR yesterday celebrated its 140 millionth passenger, presenting them with a free toiletry bag. The novel free gift related to the airline also being voted - along with EasyJet and Southwest - as one of the world’s worst for inflight amenities.

A Ryanair statement said: “Ryanair is proud of the fact that it doesn’t waste passengers’ money on useless freebies.

“Instead Ryanair gives passengers the amenities they really want, which are low fares, the most on-time flights, the fewest lost bags and the least cancelled flights.”
