McCann Fitzgerald receive law award

Dublin law firm McCann FitzGerald has been named as the Irish Law Firm of the Year by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) at its annual awards ceremony in London.

The ILFR awards for 2003 recognised the achievements of McCann FitzGerald in the areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial services, projects and restructuring and insolvency.

The firm acted as lead counsel on the Alphyra public-to-private transaction and on the management buy-out of NCB stockbrokers.
