Book on company law launched

Director of corporate enforcement Paul Appleby, and registrar of companies Paul Farrell last week jointly launched a new book authored by the corporate compliance group of Mason Hayes & Curran entitled Jordans Irish Company Secretarial Precedents.

The book consists of hundreds of professionally-drafted precedents, minutes, statutory and practice forms, accompanied by explanations on their use and application, in company law and practice.
