Investment potential in what is being billed as Manchester’s version of Dublin’s IFSC success story is being promoted at property exhibitions in Cork and Galway today and tomorrow.

The Rossetti Place, phase 11, scheme near Manchester’s Spinningfields commercial development and Deansgate retail quarter has already had significant Irish investment in recent weeks, in residential units priced from £154,000.
