Providence given interest in block

PROVIDENCE Resources was awarded a 25% interest in British offshore block in the 23rd Round Licencing Awards from the British Department of Trade and Industry.

The block is located in northern North Sea 500 kilometres north-east of Aberdeen close to the Shell-operated Tern field and is contiguous with Providence’s previously awarded 22nd Round acreage (P1197).
