New BOI Asset Management chief

BANK OF IRELAND Asset Management has named Olivier Santamaria as managing director of Bank of Ireland Asset Management (UK).

He takes over from David Boal who quit amid a series of management departures towards the end of last year. Mr Santamaria had been acting head of BIAM’s British business.

Santamaria has been a senior member of BIAM’s Irish institutional business for the last five years, where he was responsible for a team of relationship managers.
