State approves hub development

THE Government has approved a property deal worth €118m to develop two sites in the Digital Hub in the Liberties area of Dublin.

The State will receive cash and high-quality offices for the land, which will accommodate digital media enterprises.

Manor Park Homebuilders will develop the Crane Street site and P Elliot & Co won the tender for the Windmill site on Thomas Street.
