Riverdance duo dance all the way to bank

The figures are revealed in the latest set of accounts for Abhann Productions, the principal holding company for the Riverdance activities and cover the year to June 30, 2002. In 2001 the pair were paid E12 million.

Riverdance, in its 11th year, has proved a runaway success since it began as the interval act at the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest.
