Board reshuffle for Dublin linked firm

SEMICONDUCTOR company Ceva, which was formed after the merger of Ceva DSP and Dublin company Parthus, has announced a boardroom reshuffle that will see executive chairman Chet Silvestri step down.

Mr Silvestri’s role will be split to make way for new chief executive Gideon Wertheizer and chairman Peter McManamon. Chief financial officer Christine Russell also vacates her job to be replaced by Yaniv Arieli.
