Germanwings to fly from Dublin

Dublin: German low-cost carrier Germanwings will begin its service from Dublin to Cologne/Bonn on February 28.

Flights will depart Dublin Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, with an extra flight from March 28. Germanwings said flights were priced from e19 including taxes. More than 10% of seats on all flights are guaranteed at this price. Joachim Klein, Germanwings managing director, said: “Our new flight will provide the Irish public with a low-cost alternative for their travel arrangements and give Germans a chance to enjoy Ireland on a budget.”
