Sabio to sponsor call centre group

Sabio, the call centre services company, has announced that it is to become one of the key sponsors of the Irish Call Centre Management Association (CCMA).

It will become one of only 10 industry organisations to sponsor the association, supporting its work in the Irish call centre market to promote and recognise the contact centre management profession.

The CCMA aims to provide a forum for knowledge sharing and networking across the call centre industry.
