Hyatt to manage five-star Gresham

The Gresham Hotel Group is expected to sign over the management of its hotel in Dublin to the global luxury hotel group, Hyatt.

The group will take over management for a period of 30 years with profits split between Hyatt and the Gresham’s owners, while the landmark hotel will be upgraded to a five-star.

A source close to the negotiations with Hyatt described the negotiations as a “massive coup” for the consortium which took the group private in July of this year.
