Leaders’ concerns over cost reduction

IRISH business leaders’ key concerns over information management are cost reduction and customer service, according to a survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers and pan-European information management umbrella group AIIM.

Cost reduction was cited as the single most important driver for IT investment in information and document management, with 43% saying it was the main driver.
