IWP signs bank agreement

Consumer goods group IWP International has signed a new lending agreement with banks.

The deal will secure IWP funding until March 2006. IWP has agreed to a new set of terms, while its lenders have waived all previous breaches of terms by the company. IWP will be prevented from making dividend payments to shareholders.
