Minmet signs joint venture agreement

International mining and exploration group Minmet has signed a joint venture with Canadian exploration company North American Gold to explore and develop gold projects in Finland.

MinMet already owns a goldmine in Sweden. The terms of the agreement require North American to spend €100,000 over the next 10 months on exploration activities at sites covering over 15,000 hectares.
