ITV to be stalked, report says

US Media firm Time Warner and investment bank Goldman Sachs have linked with buyout firm Apax to stalk broadcaster ITV, the Mail on Sunday newspaper reported.

The paper said the consortium was considering a 165 pence per share bid that would value Britain’s dominant commercial broadcaster at £6.6 billion.
