New Digicel chief executive

Caribbean mobile operator Digicel, which is chaired by Denis O'Brien, has appointed Raoul Fontanez as its new chief executive.

Mr Fontanez replaces Seamus Lynch, who was in the job for five years and now plans to work on other telecom projects with Mr O'Brien. Mr Lynch will remain on Digicel's board.
