Merchant is ‘best outsource partner’

Call centre operator Merchants has been named Best Outsource Partner at this year’s Irish Contact Centre Awards.

Merchants received the award for its work for online grocer Ocado and global pharmaceutical company INO Therapeutics.

This is the second time Merchants’ Cork-based operation has won the award in its six-year history. The company, which is a subsidiary of South African data giant Dimension Data, also has operations in Britain and South Africa.
