Horizon appoints new chief

Horizon Technology Group has said Gary Coburn has been appointed as chief executive with immediate effect.

Samir Naji reverts to the role of executive chairman. Mr Coburn has 22 years of experience in the IT industry and joined Horizon in 1992.

Prior to that he held senior sales and management positions in IBM, Hewlett Packard and Digital Equipment.
