ARDAGH Glass, which has been de-merged from Ardagh Plc, issued its preliminary results for 2003 yesterday.

They show strong performances across the group with gains in sales and profits up significantly year on year.

Results to end December 2003 show sales paced ahead by over 48% to €428.1m during the period under review. That compares with sales in €289m in 2002.
