Berlin apartments go on sale

A RANGE of one, two and three bedroom apartments located in the West of Berlin near the Tegel See and owned by the Berlin Government are to be launched to the Cork Property Investor market this weekend by Irish property group Simple Overseas Properties.

Apartments costing from €85k to €99k, already completed, offer a 10-year rental income guaranteed and tax incentives for long-term Irish investors.

The developments go on sale in Ireland for the first time at two exhibitions in Cork this weekend, one in the Blarney Park Hotel on Saturday and Sunday, and on Sunday in the Celtic Ross Hotel (11am-7pm).
