One51 acquires Rilta for €8m

ONE51, the former IAWS Co-Op, has acquired SITA Environmental and its trading company Rilta Ltd in a deal worth up to €8 million.

Rilta is involved in waste management, a key target area of One51, which is to seek a stock market flotation next year.

This deal is a step in the group’s drive to becoming a publicly-quoted player in the waste and wind energy segments of the economy.
