Private equity firm Hg Capital, which acquired the firm for £40 million (€58m) in 2003, is understood to be looking for between £60m (€89m) and £80m (€119m) for the group, according to the Observer.
It is reported to have tasked US investment bank Bear Sterns with finding a buyer for the group.
