UCD spin-off gets new investment

Irish medical technology company, BiancaMed, a spin-off from University College Dublin’s Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, has announced a strategic financial investment from ResMed, a leading American medical device manufacturer.

The company has also licensed its proprietary technology for the screening of a sleep-related disorder to Del Mar Reynolds.

Del Mar Reynolds is a leading supplier of hospital-based equipment in America.
