Minmet in deal with North American Gold

EXPLORATION company Minmet has signed a deal with Toronto-listed company North American Gold to advance work at its gold mine venture in northern Sweden.

North American Gold will invest $3.5m (€2.7m) in cash over three years and allow Minmet to take a stake in the company, in return for a 60% interest in the Basele-Norra projects.
