Andor profits from sale of old office

ANDOR Technology, the digital camera manufacturer that listed on London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) last year, has scooped £765,000 (€1.1m) from the sale of its old head office in west Belfast.

The company relocated to a new purpose-built facility last November and will make a profit of £120,000 on the sale. It will use some of the money to pay off debt of £341,000 and bump up its working capital.

The sale is conditional on planning permission concerning the use of the property.
