Dairy site project moves closer

THE development of the former CMP dairy site at the Kinsale and Tramore Roads in Cork has moved a step closer with Alchemy Properties applying for planning permission to demolish the existing building of the old Dairygold-owned facility.

The application is a precursor to a proposed re-development by Alchemy, which is considering options prior to engaging in detailed planning consultation with Cork City Council. A planning application is anticipated later this year.
