M&S books ‘should be open to Green’

British billionaire entrepreneur Philip Green said shareholders who own 14.1% of Marks & Spencer Group Plc, have told him they think he should have access to the information has asked for in connection with his proposed offer for the company.

Investors owning 5.8% of the stock and derivative holders representing 8.3% of the shares want London-based Marks & Spencer to open its books to Green.
