Eli Lilly sought to block Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, the world’s largest generic drugmaker, from using research information on the liquid form of Prozac to launch a generic version. Francis Jacobs, an aide at the European Court of Justice, said the data shouldn’t be protected.
