Eli Lilly & Co’s appeal to protect research data on antidepressant Prozac should be rejected by the European Union’s highest court, a court aide said.

ELI Lilly & Co, which makes the antidepressant Prozac, yesterday won the backing of a EU health advisory committee for its Alimta treatment for two forms of lung cancer.
