IL&P dividend stays robust

IRISH Life and Permanent’s robust dividends policy seems certain to remain intact despite the setbacks faced by other major insurers, according to NCB Stockbrokers.

IL&P are scheduled to report their 2002 results this Thursday and NCB analysts John Kelly and David Odlum believe the company remains well placed to maintain its progressive dividend policy.

The duo said they expect IL&P to deliver their dividend forecast for 2002 when it reports on Thursday.
