Farm machinery manufacturers to field their wares at the national ploughing championships

BIG business will follow the action to Tullow, Co Carlow, at the end of this month for the national ploughing championships.

The organisers revealed on site yesterday that up to 700 exhibitors have booked space for the September 28-30 showpiece with a major focus on a huge display of tractors and farm machinery.

This year for the first time there will be a demonstration area attached to the static displays and a number of exhibitors have booked space to demonstrate their machines in action.
