Call for review of phone regulations

The new Communications Minister should review the regulatory environment faced by mobile operators here, O2 Ireland chief executive Danuta Gray said yesterday.

Ms Gray, speaking at the annual lunch hosted by accountancy body ACCA, said excessive regulation was having an impact on the company’s investment decisions.
