Docklands fetching €2m per acre

Development land is making €2m an acre in Cork city docklands. A deal has been agreed after a tender for four acres next to the Marina Commercial Park.

It reportedly made over €8m through agents Cohalan Downing for vendors Colso.

The river-fronting site includes 80,000sq ft of cold store buildings. The buyer is unconfirmed.
