Tánaiste in bid to woo US companies

Dublin: Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Mary Harney, will today begin a tour of America to promote Ireland as a location for pharmaceutical investment.

Ms Harney will meet with senior executives from a number of leading pharmaceutical corporations.

“All of the companies I will be meeting are world leaders in the pharmaceutical sector and all have first hand knowledge of the rewards of investing in Ireland,” said Ms Harney.
