ANGLO IRISH BANK director Paddy Wright has bumped up his stake in the bank.

Mr Wright, a former Smurfit executive and the outgoing RTÉ Authority chairman, spent almost €275,000 on Anglo shares earlier this week.

His shareholding is now worth over €3.8 million.
