African Gold digs deep

Exploration company African Gold, which is quoted on London’s Alternative Investment Market, has started the first of a four phase drilling programme at the company’s Konongo/Owere gold prospect.

The programme is designed to establish a level of gold reserves that would sustain a long-term, stand-alone mining operation within two years.
