B&Q leads interest in Limerick project

SINCE British DIY giant B&Q opened for trade, there has been a flurry of activity by retailers looking to secure one of the remaining units in Parkes Properties’ latest project - the City East Retail Park.

Ronan Rooney of Hamilton Osborne King said the signings of Australian furniture and electrical superstore Harvey Norman, British motor accessory market leader Halfords and Irish high-end furniture operator In-Store have endorsed Limerick’s position as the main city on Ireland’s western corridor.
