Tsunami relief by Junior Chamber

Junior Chamber International world president Kevin Cullinane from Cobh, Co Cork, has launched JCI Operation Hope to help tsunami victims.

JCI, the international networking organisation for young leaders and business people has a presence in all of the affected countries and several national networks have started to use their JCI networks to effectively help communities that can be reached by local JCI Members in the disaster struck region.

Already Disaster Relief Committees have sprung into action and are providing immediate assistance to other non-governmental organisations assisting in the relief effort.
