Modus Media plant to close with loss of 167 jobs

PRINT company Modus Media is to close with the loss of 167 jobs at its plant in Clonshaugh in north county Dublin.

Labour Party TD for Dublin North, Sean Ryan described the announcement as “a further disaster for Clonshaugh following a series of closures and withdrawals in the area by other hi-tech companies”.

“During the 1990s Clonshaugh Industrial estate was home to a number of major employers for the entire north Dublin region.
