AIB managers win investment award

AIB Investment managers have won the “Best Balanced Pension Fund” award for its yield focus fund in the annual Moneymate Investment Awards.

The award is based on analysis of pension funds over the past five years in terms of the returns generated and the level of risk incurred.

The AIB Yield Focus Fund was ranked as the best performing fund with the lowest level of risk.

“Analysis of the Yield Focus Fund, as carried out by Moneymate, over the past five years shows that you can have superior returns at lower risk.

This is a compelling combination for pension fund trustees and private investors alike,” said Frank O’Riordan, director of AIB Investment Managers.
