Baltimore net sale gets go-ahead

Shareholders of internet security company Baltimore Technologies have approved the sale of the company’s core internet security software business to BeTrusted.

Chief executive Bijan Khezri said the vote was an endorsement of the board’s belief that the company should not continue as a small software infrastructure company.
